Who we are
Your trusted IT partner: No empty words, just solutions
At 36T Solutions, we believe IT should be practical, efficient, and growth-enabling for businesses, without unnecessary complexity. We're not here to impress with jargon or sell technology for its own sake. Instead, we focus on real, tangible solutions that solve actual business problems.
° Our Beliefs
Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. Not to a vendor, not to a cloud provider. We implement solutions where you retain full control over your data.
Open Source
We believe in transparency, community-driven development, and freedom from vendor lock-in. Our entire internal infrastructure runs on open source: Nextcloud, Proxmox, and more. We live what we recommend.
Independence
We help businesses become independent, from expensive licenses, from single vendors, from proprietary systems that hold your data hostage.
Transparency
Every change is a user story with a time estimate that you approve before work begins. From our working model to our code, no black boxes.
Pragmatism
We're not open-source ideologues. We use Microsoft 365 where it makes sense. We choose the right tool for the problem, not the tool we'd prefer to sell.
The Founders
Renan
Founder & Technical Lead
Renan is the founder and technical lead of 36T Solutions. As a mechanical engineer, he spent years in German industry and consulting, on both sides of the table.
What drives him is a question he always asks: why does this actually work this way, and couldn't it be better? His developers have a clear opinion on that. Clients usually do too, once they see the results.
At 36T, that means: technical responsibility, architecture decisions, and a point of contact who doesn't just implement what's been said, but thinks ahead before anything is decided. Even if that occasionally means uncomfortable questions.
